Meet Carly
My love for all things Pilates began after I had my youngest daughter. I was looking for some "me" time and I wanted to lose the baby weight and increase my strength and energy. It's been 9 years now since I took my first class and I am constantly learning more and more about the mechanics of the body and how to effectively create movement patterns.
